Do you service all types of reel mowers?
We service most reel mowers, including walk-behind, triplex, and gang-style models from popular brands like TRU-CUT, McLane, Toro, John Deere, California Trimmer, Rolux, and Jacobsen. If you’re unsure whether we can work on your specific mower, contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.

What sharpening methods do you offer?
- Relief grinding – Ideal for reducing wear and getting a longer blade life
- Back lapping – Great for restoring edge between relief grinds
- Spin grinding – Best for high-performance mowers like gang and greens mowers

How often should I get my reel mower sharpened?
Most reel mowers should be sharpened at least once per season, depending on use. Residential users may need sharpening every 25–30 mowing hours, while commercial users may require it more frequently.

Can you repair my reel mower engine?
Yes. We provide full engine diagnostics, tune-ups, and repairs. This includes carburetor cleaning, spark plug and filter replacements, oil changes, throttle adjustments, and full engine rebuilds if needed.

Do you perform any repairs without approval?
No. We never perform repairs without your go-ahead. After diagnosing your equipment, we’ll explain what needs to be done and provide a quote before any work begins.

What does routine maintenance include?
Routine maintenance includes blade and bedknife adjustments, greasing, filter and plug replacement, oil changes, chain and clutch adjustments, and a full inspection of key components.

Do you carry parts for reel mowers?
Yes. We stock a wide range of TRU-CUT, McLane, and California Trimmer parts—from small hardware to full clutch assemblies. We also source parts for Toro, John Deere, Jacobsen, and other brands. Special orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.

Can I drop off my mower for service?
Yes. Drop-offs are welcome by appointment. Contact us to schedule and we’ll give you instructions on how and when to bring your equipment in.
